
My mission is to champion women to reclaim not just their energy, but their sense of self - so they can live out their God-given purpose with confidence and joy. I do this by cultivating spaces for women to thrive through clean, natural wellness and genuine community.
For years, I have loved pouring myself into serving others - as a social worker, caregiver, overseas missionary, mother, and wife. But after years of giving without refiling, my body finally said enough. I was exhausted - physically, mentally, and spiritually. Doctors couldn't give me clear answers, but I knew something had to change.
In that low place, God showed me a better way. I learned that our bodies are designed to heal when given the right tools - and that caring for myself isn't selfish; it's good stewardship.
After walking through breast cancer, my passion for holistic health deepened. In the middle of treatment and healing, I crossed paths with so many women who were weary, searching for hope, and trying to feel like themselves again. Those encounters opened my eyes - God was using my journey to birth something bigger than just my own recovery. He was showing me how physical healing and spiritual renewal often walk hand in hand.
That season made me even more intentional about caring for my body and inspiring others to do the same. Plexus became part of the restoration for me - helping to bring back the energy, balance, and strength I thought were gone for good.
But renewal hasn't been just physical. Along the way, God surrounded me with a community of women who lift one another up - who encourage, support, and inspire. That sisterhood has become one of the sweetest parts of healing, a reminder that we're not meant to walk this path alone.
